CANCELLATION POLICY


BOOKING FEE

 

$50 for appointments under 2 hours
$100 for appointments over 2 hours


A booking fee is required to book your appointment. This amount is redeemable from your appointment total on the day of service. A booking fee is non-refundable and can only be moved to a future appointment or redeemed in products. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations to ensure no charge. For cancellations under this time you will forfeit your booking fee and need to pay this again to book another appointment. If no attempt is made to let us know you are not coming, you will lose your booking fee and need to pay out the remainder of your appointment cost in full. Once the appointment has been paid in full you can book again as per above.


SICKNESS


In the case of a medical emergency or Covid-related isolation, please give as much notice possible and our staff will reschedule your appointment, and apply your booking fee to the new appointment. Anything other than a  medical emergency or Covid-related cancellation requires 24 hours notice or your booking fee will be lost.


CHANGE  OF  APPOINTMENT


If you need to change or alter your appointment, then we require 48 hours notice. For anything less than 48 hours notice minor changes to your appointment can often be accommodated, however, cancelling a larger part of your service last minute needs to be considered as time lost to us and could mean losing part or all your booking fee. If you have a specific time you need to be finished please ask ahead so we can accommodate.


RUNNING LATE


If you are going to be late, please call ahead as sometimes there is room to move, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late there is a chance the stylist may need to refuse part, or all of your appointment to maintain quality of work, and with consideration to other clients. In this case a booking fee may also be lost. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.To ensure that we can best service all our clients, it is really important that we are able to manage our diary to keep appointments available for everyone, and have you all looking and feeling amazing! At Agape we understand that your time is precious, and trust you understand that ours is too. We know that sometimes there are things that
happen outside of your control, that may impact your appointment, so please give us as much notice as possible so that we can take the opportunity to make adjustments as needed, and with as little impact on other clientele and staff.
